Job Summary
The Advisory Development Program (ADP) is a development program designed for high-potential recent college graduates who are interested in learning the skills and knowledge required to become a Financial Advisor. This is a rotational program where participants will be exposed to a broad range of assignments while rotating through four different functional areas of the firm: Investment Research and Trading Services, Financial Planning and Tax Services, Client Concierge Team and Implementation Services. Participants will gain a unique insight and understanding into business operations. The ADP program offers candidates exposure to various job functions critical to success as a Financial Advisor.

Duties and Responsibilities
The ADP Associate will participate in four rotations within core functional areas of Savant Capital Management. Each rotation will last for a period of two to six months allowing the ADP Associate to obtain a sound understanding of the operational and financial basics prior to graduating into the role of a Financial Advisor. ADP Associates will also be required to enroll in the Certified Financial Planner (CFP®) program at the earliest practical date, where financial assistance for the (CFP®) designation will be provided by Savant Capital Management. Seminars and other training sessions may also be required.

• Education analysis

• Ideal Futures Assessment tool (Comprehensive Planning)
• Life insurance analysis
• Tax estimate (ROTH, withdrawals, etc.)
• Portfolio Analysis Value Enhancing (PAVE)
• Estate plan review
• Various investment committee projects, e.g. review allocations in international stocks, other similar analytics
• Model returns reporting – weekly/monthly
• New client implementation reviews
• Portfolio reviews (prior to MRA)
• Assist with fielding client transition questions
• Non-model asset maintenance
• Trading projects
• Portfolio Management System
• Billing, quarterly reporting, GIPS, period-end integrity
• Client communications
• Client Relations Management system
• Client Investment Policy statement
• Client meeting packets
• Client service plans
• Client held-away accounts
• All other tasks or duties as assigned

• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university in the areas of finance, accounting, economics and/or related field
• 1- 3 years experience in a professional work environment, preferably in accounting or financial services
• Cumulative GPA of 3.2 / 4.0 or above
• Candidates must have the ability to work in the U.S.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Financial planning/wealth management acumen and judgment
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Client first attitude
• The ability to collaborate with others as part of a team
• Detail-oriented, ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
